Living in Melbourne
So wonderful to be able to communicate with you again!
I've been residing in Melbourne since November 2007. It's been great meeting so many people from different backgrounds with interests in Spirituality and the Law of Attraction.
My Soul has attracted many experiences since arriving, each and every single one has taken me on a challenging road and have met some some interesting Souls along the way
I've been giving and receiving some beautifull energies. Each and everyone of us has the power to heal, wheather that be Emotional, Spiritual or Physical. Mind, Body and Spirit comes to mind :) I've given some amazing healings via massage, each of my clients in Melbourne have felt changes and healing when I've treated them.
I have also been having quite a few De'Javu's ... it's amazing, it feels like I've been in many of the situations I've been in, before.

Life's great ride
It's been a while!
I've been living and experiencing life in all it's glory - the ups and downs and it's really begun to open my eyes ... I've read so many books recently which have given me so much in knowledge and freedom, just some of my fav's are:
Conversations with God ( Neald Donald Waslch) (Part 1,2 and 3) - A brilliant read, very fascinating. Answers to all those spiritual questions you had and about life in general are covered in this book - you won't be able to put this one down!
The Break through experience (Dr John DeMartini) - Another fantastic book, this author is utterly amazing! I saw him live a few months ago and opened me up to the world of Quantum Physics - no, it's not as nerdy as it sounds! :) We, as humans are always learning, every second of every day.... this book will blow your mind in the most simplest of ways - helping you to achieve your best in life and to let go of old emotions which don't serve you and realising your true spiritual potential. The knoweldge that you learn from this book, will be set in stone after you apply it. I can't recommend this book enough!
I've since also met so many wonderful and interesting people that I've grown spiritually immensley. Life is taking me on a ride that's opening my eyes to the world of ME, everything that's in my world, I have attracted to me. Remember, it's all an illusion - "what you see, dissapears" and "what you resist, persists" ...

Attachment - How to create non attachment with total love
"Attachment - Pain or Pleasure?
Everyone goes through it every day of their lives. Attachment can give us much happiness, as well as much pain. I personally believe, we attract what we need to experience in life to evolve.
For instance, this may come in the form of a relationship, what we will see in this person, will be a mirror of ourselves. If there's something you don't like about the person, it will usually be something you don't like about yourself.
'So what's wrong with being attached?' I hear you say. Well, I think you know the answer to that yourself! it creates a sense of utter grief when we can no longer hold on to something. Let's take Relationships again. (It's usually this type of attachment that causes most people pain)
Okay, so you've been in a relationship for 2 years, everything was great, except for the last few months, your partner decides he or she no longer wants to be in the relationship for whatever reason. How do you respond? - with Pain . You can't let go of him/her. You have created and rooted into your mind, that this person is 'yours'. He/She is not allowed to end the relationship and must stay with you. Hmmm, whatever happened to 'I love you' ...
Love is meant to be Unconditional
Read the above again.
What I mean by unconditional is that when a relationship isn't working, i.e. one of you or even both of you decide that you can't continue with the relationship for whatever reason, you must Let Go of all emotions to move on. You still care for that person, but you love them enough to let them continue their journey. Most times someone will come into your life to help you with a lesson and it will usually work both ways. If you don't let go, you will be stuck in the same pattern again and again and again ... until you DO learn.
Here's an undeniable fact - We are mortal - we don't live forever"... so are you going to take that person with you when you die? ... No, I didn't think so...
'So how the heck can I do this?, we shared so much together, and he/she meant so much to me' I hear you say ... there are a number of ways you can Let Go, and you can help yourself right NOW. Practice these methods every morning and evening, and you will notice a difference in the first few days and a dramatic difference after 20 days! and will make you more 'aware' in all types of situations in the future.
Okay, let's go ...

"It's your movie!"
Picture yourself with your partner, bring it to life, give it colour... sound.. smell... feelings... everything! Take it all in ... now look at what is going on with you and your partner and become 'the watcher' - it's a movie screen and you're watching everything that's going on. As an outsider, you're seeing everything that's going on between these 2 people in a very unbiast way, you will begin to feel different, notice things that didn't seem right and will be totally honest about what you see and feel. This will bring to light what was wrong with the relationship, your true feelings, and what you need to do now.
Takea moment and try it now!!
See yourself in a understanding relationship with this person and bless them with unconditional love and let them go ... do this with conviction and don't falter in anyway. You must believe this when you do it, otherwise you're leaving things 'open' and will let the situation continue. There's no reason you can't stay friends. And there you have 'Non Attachment'
There is absolutely no problem with being friends with this person - you can't hate them, you're unconditional love! Period.

'What!!!!?' I hear you say? - come on now, don't try and make this something that's difficult, it really IS THAT easy!
Right then, sit down, legs crossed, in a nice quiet area, somewhere where you feel calm and relaxed. close your eyes and just... b r e a t h e ... in and out ... nice and slow. Don't think of anything, just - b r e a t h e. Do it for minute, ...Now, with every breath you're breathing out, release all your negative feelings... everything that's making you feel rubbish, everything that's upsetting you, let it all go! ahhhhhhhh, feeling much lighter!!
Don't you feel better already!? - wouldn't you rather be feeling this from now on!? Yes of course you would!! ...
A fast way of doing this is to imagine that you only have 1 week left to live, would you seriously be thinking of all your negative crap right now?? ... No, of course not!!!
They're only thoughts, and you can change a thought.... how quick?........ in an INSTANT!!!
So which would you rather have :
Emotional isuse = Problem = Hate = Jealousy = Anger = Self unworthiness = Depression = Attracting more of Anger, Jealousy... and more depression
OR
Emotional issue = Problem = Let Go = Be Free = Happiness = Self Love = Unconditional Love = Self Growth = Being Complete - One = Attracting more of happiness and growing
I know which method I would be using!!!! :)

"Non-attachment involves always being able to keep our minds above any turmoil or trials of the environment. So as to rise above irritations and injustices that assail us, what happens each moment is viewed as a passing instance.
Non-attachment arises in adopting the long-term perspective on any matter, rather than considering only spontaneous impulses, immediate fears or short-term satisfactions. It comes of taking the broad view in making judgements rather than strictly personal or partisan interests.
Non-attachment will be easy to achieve to the extent that our understanding, through both experience and proper instruction, enables us to realise the fuller meaning and consequences of different sorts of attitude and action for us, for others and thus again for the common interest (which again includes our interest).
Non-attachment produces equanimity. It has long been referred to by Vedantists as the attitude of 'being in the world but not being of it'. (Non-attachment in sanskrit is prasakti or vairagya) In practice this implies engaging in all normal worldly activities and duties without defining oneself fundamentally in terms of them - in other words, without regarding one's personal success or failure as being crucially dependent on the results that accrue from one's doings of the world. This does not mean an avoidance of personal responsibility or abdication of personal initiative, but rather implies the independence of one's sense of being (or of inner well-being) from external events.
On the other hand, it means a positive identification with one's being with one's true nature or birthright, one's higher potentialities or 'spirituality' in the widest sense. Attachment is always to temporary, worldly affairs; non-attachment can be called 'attachment to the spiritual and immutable'.
Such non-attachment implies a renunciation of worldly desires, which results in withdrawal or detachment of our feelings from both positive and negative events that may otherwise affect us in the physical or social spheres. It is nevertheless not a non-caring detachment or simply being thick-skinned: it allows neither of 'hiding the head in the sand' nor 'losing one's head in the heat of the moment'.
It is an attitude won both of witnessing with the mind and caring with the heart which can remain equal-minded and stout-hearted by virtue of the requisite understanding. Such understanding is itself a progressive fruit of life experience and practice of non-attachment.
The attitude of non-attachment is unavoidable in the fulfilment of a person's maximum potential development. The attainment of all-round non-attachment amounts to the highest of achievements, it is not meaningful to define it in any straightforward manner.
Anything but a superficial grasp of the subject requires study combined with relevant practical experience and reflection through some considerable period of time. It is not a simple concept, nor can it be practised by any easy method. It calls for gradual insight into how the phenomena of the world and the inner workings of our minds bind us unduly, working back on us according to the law of equal returns.
However, non-attachment is not an entirely foreign experience to anyone. The extent to which it is understood and practised in actual life varies. Everyone knows what it is to feel neutral in respect of, say, possessions that neither concern nor affect us personally. This intimates at least the simplest form of non-attached relationship. The car a person is attached to, once junked and replaced, is no longer an object of attachment.
Non-attachment means letting go of desires and ideas that are the cause of unwanted habits and problems, compulsions and so-called 'neuroses' as well as other kinds of emotional and mental unbalance."

Energy Healing

Energy, it's all around us, from the sky, plants, animals to the air we breath. But what IS it exactly and how does it affect us???
If we go to Quantum Physics, we find that the concept of Energy gets to be quite complicated. Einstein showed us that E=MC , Energy equals Mass times the speed of Light squared. This tells us that Mass and Energy are interchangeable. And that both space and time are not absolute.
The most important consequence of this is that Mass is nothing but a form of Energy. So, everything is a form of Energy, objects at rest have stored Energy.
Trees, Rocks, Dogs, Water and People are all made up of Energy, in one form or another.This means that Energy can exist as either solid matter or as non-solid matter, such as a beam of light. Radio waves, microwaves and X-rays are all forms of pure non-solid Energy.
Where does this Energy come from? It’s all around us, everywhere in all different wavelengths and frequencies. From Energies with very short wavelengths like Cosmic Radiation and X-rays to very long wave lengths such as Radio waves and Infra Red waves.
Everyday our bodies are being hit with these Energies from many different sources. We don’t see it but we know it is there.When we speak, our voice saying words has released sound waves of Energy causing ripples in the air around us. When we think, our brains release wavelengths of Energy.To the Scientific community, Energy is something measurable with specific instruments to detect for example, heat, light, or cosmic radiation.
The Energy used in Healing is equally real, with the measuring device being that exquisitely sensitive one, the human body. Our bodies are receiving stations for Energy and also transmitters of Energy.We are made up of a multi-body system, not just the physical body. We have an Etheric Body, an Emotional Body, a Mental Body and an Astral Body.
Things don’t just affect us physically; we are affected on all levels. When we think thoughts, these non-solid forms of Energy go out into our multi system body and greatly affect us.We all have storage centers in our bodies that store Energy and Energy patterns. They are called Chakras.
We can have Energy Patterns stored from events that happened yesterday as well as from many years ago. Some of these patterns will be happy memories and some of them will be unpleasant and painful memories of something that happened to us. Sometimes we stash them away deep into some recess in our Chakras and in our Auras (the Energy field around us), and try to forget about them, but they don’t really go away.
Dis-ease is a manifestation of unbalanced Energy. Healing, then is a way of balancing Energy.Throughout our lives we pick up negative forms of Energy, such as Fear, Doubt, Anger, Judgment, Criticism, Blame and others.
Any techniques we find that enable us to let go of these patterns will help to move us toward peace and happiness.There are many ways to balance your Energy. One approach is A: to become the most complete and loving being you can be. The loving Energy will naturally dissolve the parts of you that are keeping you unbalanced.Another way of balancing your Energy is through B:
1.Recognition—recognizing the problem.
2. Surrender and Release—putting trust in the highest power, letting go of trying to control how your life will manifest. It is releasing how we think things should be, and knowing that he Divine Source will take control.
If you combine both paths of A: Love and B: the path of Release, you will have the fastest way possible to a balanced, healed state of being.When a trained “Energy Worker” works with you to help balance your Energy, for many, the process of Healing is accelerated.

The Law of Attraction ...

The Universal Law of Attraction states: "We attract whatever we choose to give our attention to—whether wanted or unwanted."
Most of the time, we attract by 'default' rather than by deliberate choice. We just sort of go through our day, focusing on problems that need to be solved or on things that did not feel good nor seem right. In so doing, we are actually creating more problems, more of what does not feel good and more of what does not seem right.
Think of yourself as a huge magnet—the kind that pulls metal to itself from afar off. It doesn't "try" to attract, it simply does attract. It is the same way for us. Whether or not we are trying to attract, we ARE doing so all the time. (Except when we are asleep.) And we attract the likeness of what we think about. If we are thinking about a lack of something, we are attracting more lack (scarcity). If we are thinking about something we love, we are attracting more of what we love and enjoy. I know it sounds incredibly simple, and it is.
We humans are actually very powerful attractors and we can use this wonderful, God-given power to attract more of what we want in life—-simply by paying attention to where we place our thoughts and desires.
It is from the heart that we attract. Picture your heart as a powerful magnet. The heart is the "vibrator" of all signals that attract.
Think of a radio. It has many different stations. To tune into a station you dial a specific frequency. As soon as we turn our attention to something (dialed it's frequency) it begins its journey to us.
To be rid of something you do not want in your life, simply tune in to a different vibration (frequency or radio station)—to something that you do want.
I see the art of Deliberate Attraction as consisting of three parts:
1. Getting very clear about what it is I am wanting
2. Raising my vibration until it matches what I want
3. Allowing what I want to come to me
We have the opportunity to gain clarity in knowing precisely what we want, through the many 'contrasts' that life offers us. The key to successfully using contrast is to observe it briefly and use it to help you decided what you do want. This takes a little practice, since our habit is to talk about, tell others about and focus on what we did not like.
It is usually part three that trips me up. I have held onto some self-limiting beliefs for a very long time—so long that I no longer recognize them, yet they are still vibrating below the surface, canceling out what I am wanting.
My work is to let go of all resistance and believe that what I am wanting will come to me—simply because I want it.
Believe That You Can Manifest!
It is quite a simple process to create your life exactly the way you want it. Think of the many times in your life that something or someone has come along just at the time you wanted it. Every time this happens, it is the result of the Universe having fulfilled your intention or desire, as sent out by you in the form of a thought or spoken word or action.
If you do not believe that you can manifest everything you want, need and desire, use the affirmation, "I easily and quickly create positive things in my life," for a few days until you begin to feel that it has replaced the old belief that you cannot manifest.
One way to reinforce your belief that you truly are able to manifest is to start by manifesting small things. Each time you are successful in manifesting, your belief that you are able to manifest will become stronger. When I teach people to manifest, I always suggest that they start by manifesting parking places. To do this, simply picture yourself pulling into a close, convenient parking place whenever you are out and about. Do this without hesitation or doubt, and do it before you actually arrive at your destination. The results of this small exercise will amaze you!
Affirmations
The next step in the process of manifesting is to clearly state your desire, want or need. State it as an affirmation, as if you already have that which you are in the process of manifesting. In the example above, you might affirm that "I always find a close, convenient parking place." If you desire to create more abundance in your life, affirm that "I have everything I want, need and desire in life," or "I am open to receive the abundance which is mine by Divine Right," or "I live an abundant life and for this I give great thanks to the Source."
Visualizations
As you repeat your affirmation, visualize what it would feel like to have that which you are manifesting. Attaching feelings to your affirmation and using your imagination to visualize the desired result more firmly embed your desire in your subconscious, the driving force for any manifestation. Do not, however, visualize in great detail how the abundance comes to you. You must, when manifesting, leave the particulars up to the Universe lest you unknowingly place restrictions upon how the results of your manifestation are to come to you. Allow the Universe creative latitude.
Gratitude
Expressing gratitude for having that which you are manifesting increases the power of the manifestation. Gratitude sends out the vibration that you trust that what you desire is coming to you. Also, it is my belief that what we give gratitude for remains in our lives. Each time we express gratitude for something in our lives, we are manifesting that thing once again.
Detachment
Detach yourself from the results of your manifestation. Release your manifestation to the Universe, secure in the knowledge that what you desire is indeed being created and will come to you. Attachment to the outcome, or remaining attached to your manifestation, sends a signal to the Universe that you are worried (fearful) that you will be unsuccessful in your manifestation and that you do not believe that you have the ability to create what you want
